MyPal: Bridging Digital Assets and Everyday Payments

At the core of MyPal is the ability to manage assets and use a payment card without switching between platforms.

Users manage their digital assets in the in-app MyPal Wallet, then top up their card balance as needed to pay online or in-store. Balance checks, deposits, card applications and management, payments, and remittances are all handled within the app.

Card balances are denominated in USD and kept separate from the Wallet balance, allowing users to clearly distinguish between assets held for savings and funds set aside for everyday spending.

From USDT Deposit to Card Spending

MyPal Wallet supports USDT deposits via the TRC20 and BEP20 networks.

In the app's "Deposit" screen, simply select a network, then send funds to the displayed deposit address or scan the QR code. Once received, the balance is visible in the Wallet.

To spend, users top up their card balance directly from their MyPal Wallet USDT. The full flow — Wallet deposit → card top-up → card payment — is completed entirely within the app.

Virtual Card and Physical Card

MyPal offers both a Virtual Card and a Physical Card.

The Virtual Card can be applied for directly from the "Card" tab in the app. Once the application and payment are processed, issuance is confirmed in-app. Designed for online spending, the entire process from application to issuance happens within MyPal.

The Physical Card is also applied for through the app. After registering a shipping address and confirming the application, the card is issued and shipped. Upon arrival, users activate it by entering an activation code in the app.

Identity verification requirements and application conditions may vary by card type and availability. Please refer to the on-screen instructions at the time of application for the latest details.

Global Payments via the Visa Network

MyPal Card payment services are delivered through the Visa international payment network.

Cards can be used at any Visa-accepting merchant — including overseas online stores and physical shops. Supported use cases include online shopping, subscription payments, in-store card payments, contactless (NFC) payments, and ATM cash withdrawals.

When identity verification is required for online purchases, authentication is handled via 3D Secure (3DS). Users complete verification in the MyPal app, then return to the merchant's checkout page to finalize payment.

Eligible cards also support registration with Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and PayPal. Availability depends on card type, country/region of use, platform support status, and account conditions — please check the relevant service for details.

Card usage and application status can be tracked within the MyPal app. For Physical Cards, shipping status and tracking information are also available in-app after dispatch.

Security and Compliance

In services that handle payments and asset management, safety is as important as ease of use.

MyPal maintains KYC/AML compliance, risk-focused wallet security, and encryption of user data with ongoing attention to privacy protection.

The operating entity, Innovate Labs Tech Inc., holds a Certificate of Incorporation in Canada and is registered with the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business. This information is publicly available.

For payment errors, card suspensions, or unrecognized transactions, 24/7 online customer support is available.

JPY Top-Up and Expanding the Payment Experience

Features already live on MyPal include: Wallet and asset management, Virtual and Physical Cards, online and offline payments globally, and connectivity with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Currently in preparation: an upgrade to fiat currency top-up functionality including Japanese Yen (JPY), along with QR code payment testing and enhanced Apple Pay payment capabilities.

Looking ahead, MyPal plans to expand its global payment network, multi-xcurrency accounts, and a payment ecosystem for merchants and businesses — with continued improvements to the localized experience for users in Japan.
